UI Portal Issues: Need Help Getting a Refund ASAP

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with the UI portal and need a refund. Has anyone else dealt with this? It's so frustrating trying to navigate the system. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ugh, the UI portal is such a nightmare! I've been there too. Have you tried calling them directly? Sometimes that's the only way to get things sorted out.

Yeah, I've tried calling but keep getting stuck on hold forever. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone 🙄

Pro tip: call right when they open in the morning. You might have better luck getting through!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical at first too, but it actually worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks tho? Thats kinda steep for something that should be free 😒

I get it, but for me, it was worth it to finally get my issue resolved. Time is money, ya know?

Have you tried resetting your password? Sometimes that can fix portal issues.

The whole UI system is broken af. I've been trying to get a refund for months now. Good luck, OP. You're gonna need it 😫

Months?! Oh man, that's not encouraging. This system is such a joke.

Here's what I've learned about getting refunds through the UI portal: 1. Document everything. Keep screenshots of errors, confirmation numbers, etc. 2. Use the 'Contact Us' form on the portal if possible. Be clear and concise about your issue. 3. If you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out via social media. Sometimes they respond faster there. 4. Check if your local unemployment office is open for in-person visits. Face-to-face can sometimes get faster results. 5. If all else fails, contact your state representative. They often have liaisons who can help with UI issues. Hope this helps! Hang in there, OP.
