UI Portal Issues Since 9/9 - No Error Messages, What to Do?

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with the UI portal since September 9th. It's been a few days now and I haven't received any error messages or notices. I'm not sure what's going on. Has anyone else experienced something similar recently? I'm trying to figure out if it's just me or if there's a wider problem. Any advice on what I should do next would be really appreciated!

Hey, I found a method to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works.
