Trouble getting refund to go through - any tips?
Has anyone else had trouble getting a refund? I tried to get one but it's not going through. Any tips on how to make this process smoother? It's frustrating when you're expecting money back and it doesn't happen.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. For me it was. I value my time, and spending hours on hold was driving me crazy. This way I could do other things and just pick up when an agent was ready.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Document everything - dates, times, who you talked to 2. Be persistent - call every day if you have to 3. Ask to speak to a supervisor if the first person can't help 4. Check your spam folder for emails about the refund 5. If all else fails, consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Hope this helps!
