Hi Santos, the 800-300-5616 number is the main unemployment number everyone must call. Problem is this it’s very hard to reach them. If you used Claimyr you will get a callback from 800-300-5616. Just stay on the line and politely ask how to solve your pending issue. They may transfer you, and wait for a few hours, but this is normal. Hang in there and if EDD drops your call, just reply to the SMS text message to get a free call back.

Sometimes it takes dozens of tries but I finally got through. Also, make sure you don't have any flags on your account that might be causing the hold - things like identity verification issues or work search requirements.
