Account balance resend request not working - any tips to speed it up?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my account balance. I requested for it to be resent but haven't received anything yet. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for you to get your updated balance? Any tips on how to speed up the process would be really appreciated!

Ugh, I've been there. It's so frustrating when you can't even see your own account balance. Have you tried logging in and out of your account? Sometimes that helps refresh the system.

I had the same issue last month. It took about 5 business days for my balance to be updated after I requested it to be resent. Hang in there!

β’Pro tip: I found a way to get someone on the phone without the crazy wait. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what I've learned from dealing with this issue multiple times: 1. Be persistent. Keep requesting the resend every few days. 2. Document everything. Note down when you made the request, who you spoke to, etc. 3. Check your spam folder regularly. Sometimes the updated balance gets sent there. 4. If possible, use their online chat feature. Have you checked if there's any scheduled maintenance on their website? Sometimes they don't update balances during those times.
