Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

I had this exact same issue last month. Turns out there was a glitch in their system that was causing a bunch of claims to need "reopening" even though they were active. When I finally got through, the rep fixed it in like 2 minutes. Such a waste of time and stress.

Nah, the rep just had to do something on their end. But def mention the glitch when u get through, might save some time

Quick question - did you file a new claim in CA or are you trying to transfer an existing claim? The process can be different depending on your situation.

Nah, you did it right. Just making sure! The transfer should happen automatically, but it can take a few weeks. Hang in there!

•Si te mudaste fuera de California, generalmente tienes que cerrar tu reclamo aquí y abrir uno nuevo en tu nuevo estado. Cada estado maneja sus propios beneficios de desempleo.
