Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Ugh, I feel for you. The whole system is so broken. I had to jump through so many hoops just to get my regular unemployment. It's like they don't want us to get the benefits we're entitled to 🙄

have you checked your mail carefully? sometimes they send important notices that look like junk mail 👀

This happened to me last year. Turns out my claim had expired and I needed to file a new one. Might be worth checking if that's your issue too.

Log into your EDD account online. It should show your claim status and end date. If it's expired, you'll need to file a new claim.

Have you checked if there are any updates or known issues on the EDD website? Sometimes they post alerts about system problems or delays.
This might sound crazy, but have you tried faxing your documents? I know it's 2023, but sometimes these government agencies are stuck in the stone age. It worked for me when nothing else did.
Faxing? Seriously? I don't even know where to find a fax machine these days lol. But at this point, I'm willing to try anything. Thanks for the suggestion!
You can use online fax services if you don't have access to a physical fax machine. Just Google 'online fax service' and you'll find plenty of options.
