EDD Payment Delayed 3+ Weeks After In-Person Form Submission - Need Advice for Follow-Up Call
Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my payment being delayed. It's been over 3 weeks since I submitted my forms in person and I still haven't received anything. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm planning to call them tomorrow to get an update. Any advice on what I should ask or how to approach this?

I found a way to get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through in like 15 minutes doing that. Also, be super nice to the person who answers. They deal with angry people all day, so being kind can go a long way.
