Filled out all EDD forms, still no payment. What now?

I filled out all the forms but still haven't received my payment. Has anyone else experienced this? It's been weeks and I'm getting worried. What should I do next?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Its so frustrating! I've been waiting for over a month now. Have you tried calling them? That seems to be the only way to get any answers.

Calling is a nightmare tho. I spent 3 hours on hold last week and still didn't get through 😫

Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through in 20 mins that way!

Thanks for the advice! I'll give that a shot tomorrow morning 🙏

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

20 bucks? Idk man, seems kinda sketchy...

I get the skepticism, but it seriously worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo

Can confirm, I used it last week. Got through in like 30 mins. Game changer 💯

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they post updates there about payment status or if they need more info from you.

This whole system is broken af. They expect us to just wait around with no money while they take their sweet time? 🤬

Preach! 👏 It's like they don't even care that people have bills to pay

Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check all your forms for errors. Even small mistakes can delay things. 2. Log into your online account daily and respond to any requests immediately. 3. If you haven't heard anything in 2 weeks, start calling. 4. Be persistent but polite when you do get through. 5. Keep a log of all your interactions (dates, names, what was said). 6. If all else fails, contact your local representative's office. They can sometimes help push things along. Hang in there, OP. I know it's tough, but you'll get through this!

anyone else notice how they always seem to 'lose' our paperwork? 🙄 I swear its on purpose

Omg yes! I had to resend my forms THREE times. Like, how???

Hey OP, what language did you fill the forms in? I've heard some people have issues if they submit non-English forms.

0 coins

I filled them out in Spanish. Do you think that could be the problem?

0 coins

It might be. Try calling and asking if they need an English version. Sometimes theres a delay with translations.
