Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.
Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

Unpopular opinion: the whole system is broken af. We shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops just to get the benefits we're entitled to. It's like they WANT us to give up 🙄

Has anyone tried reaching out on social media? I've heard some people have had luck getting responses from EDD on Twitter. Might be worth a shot!
Idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out there was a glitch in their system. My claim was stuck in limbo. I had to file an appeal to get it sorted. It's a pain, but might be worth looking into if nothing else works.
Oh wow, I didn't know that was even possible. How long did the appeal process take?
It took about 3 weeks for me, but I've heard it can vary. Still faster than waiting for them to figure it out on their own tho

Anyone else notice that the EDD website is always "down for maintenance" when you actually need to use it? 🙄 It's like they're stuck in 1995 or something.
