Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. This happened to me last year. Turns out they had my SSN wrong by one digit. Took forever to fix but keep pushing!
Oh no, I hope that's not what happened to me. How did you find out about the SSN error?
I finally got through to a rep who double-checked all my info. Def worth asking them to verify everything when you talk to someone.
