Has anyone had luck getting their employer to cover the difference? My company is being difficult about it.
Pro tip: document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every interaction. You never know when you'll need to prove you've been trying to resolve this. CYA all the way!
Hey guys, I know this is frustrating but I found a way to actually get someone on the phone about these issues. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Has anyone had luck with the online portal? I've been trying to check my claim status there but it never seems to update.
Quick question - how long did it take for your claim to be processed once you got through? I'm trying to plan my finances and idk how long I'll be waiting.

Ugh, I've been dealing with this for WEEKS. It's like they're purposely making it difficult. Anyone else feel like the system is designed to make us give up? 🤬

Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through after only 30 minutes on hold last week!
