Hey guys, I know this is frustrating but I found a way to actually get someone on the phone about these issues. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Pro tip: document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every interaction. You never know when you'll need to prove you've been trying to resolve this. CYA all the way!
am i the only 1 who thinks its crazy we still use debit cards for this? why cant they just do direct deposit like its 2023 ffs
Just a heads up, there was a news article last week about delays in card production due to a supplier issue. Might explain why so many of us are waiting. They said it should be resolved in the next 2-3 weeks.

Has anyone had luck getting their employer to cover the difference? My company is being difficult about it.

•Check your employee handbook or contract. Some companies have policies about this.

Just a heads up, the unemployment office changed some of their procedures last month. Make sure you're looking at the most up-to-date info when you call!
