SDI login issues & rude customer service - need help!

I'm having trouble logging into my SDI account and they can't verify me. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried calling customer service but the agent was really unhelpful and kinda rude. Any advice on how to get this sorted out?

Ugh, I feel your pain! 😫 I had the same issue last month. Have you tried resetting your password? Sometimes that works. If not, you might need to go through their identity verification process again.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried resetting my password but no luck. How long did the identity verification take for you?

It took about a week for me, but I've heard it can vary. Hang in there!

Classic SDI... their customer service is a joke. I swear they hire the rudest people on purpose šŸ™„

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone helpful on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks tho? šŸ’ø Kinda steep just to talk to someone...

I get it, but for me it was worth it. Time is money, ya know?

Have you checked if there's a verification email from EDD? Sometimes it gets lost in spam. Also, make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups - that messed me up for days!

Good idea, I'll double-check my spam folder. Didn't think about pop-ups, thanks!

I've been dealing with SDI for months now and let me tell you, persistence is key. Keep calling, ask for a supervisor if the agent is unhelpful, and document EVERYTHING. It's a pain, but you'll get through eventually. Here's what worked for me: • Call early in the morning, right when they open • Have all your info ready - claim number, ID, etc. • Be polite but firm • If one agent can't help, politely ask to speak to a supervisor • Keep a log of every call - date, time, agent name, what was discussed Hang in there, OP. It's frustrating, but you'll get it sorted!

I heard they're updating the system soon. Might be worth waiting a few days to see if that fixes the login issues.
