Need help getting 2500A form link for benefits - any tips?

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting the 2500A form link. I need to complete this form ASAP to receive my benefits. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips on how to get it sent to my email? It's super important and I'm starting to stress out about it.

I feel ya, OP. I was in the same boat last month. Have you tried calling them directly? Sometimes they can email it to you right away if you ask nicely.

Pro tip: call right when they open in the morning. You might have better luck getting through!

Ugh, the 2500A form. What a pain in the butt. I remember when I had to fill that out. Make sure you have all your info ready before you start, it can be a real time-suck.

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit?

Yeah, I was skeptical at first too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks tho? That's kinda steep just to talk to someone...

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes important emails end up there. Also, make sure you're using the correct email address they have on file for you.

The whole system is broken af. I've been trying to get my benefits sorted for months now. It's like they don't want us to succeed 🀑

Here's what you need to do to get that 2500A form: 1. Call the benefits office at 1-800-XXX-XXXX 2. Press 2 for English (or 1 for Spanish) 3. Then press 4 for forms and documents 4. When you get a rep, ask specifically for the 2500A form to be emailed to you 5. Make sure to have your claim number and SSN ready If you can't get through, try calling right at 8 AM when they open. Also, Tuesdays and Wednesdays tend to be less busy. Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
