10 days, no form - download or mail. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with a form I was supposed to receive. They told me it would be available as a download, but then I got an email saying they'd mail it. It's been 10 days now and still nothing. Anyone else dealing with this? Any advice on how to get this form?

Ugh, classic bureaucracy BS. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you gotta be the squeaky wheel to get the grease.

Yeah, I've been trying to call but keep getting stuck on hold forever. It's so frustrating!

Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have better luck getting through.

Or try calling 5 minutes before they close. Sometimes that works too!

I had the same issue last month. Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check your spam folder. Sometimes important emails end up there. 2. Log into your online account (if you have one) and see if you can download the form there. 3. If all else fails, go to their office in person if possible. Hope this helps!

Going in person is such a pain tho. Last time I went, I waited for 3 hours just to be told I needed another form 🙄

Have you tried contacting them on social media? Sometimes public complaints get faster responses.

This might sound crazy, but I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials through the phone menu, stays on hold, and then connects you when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration.

$20 seems steep just to make a phone call. Why should we have to pay for basic customer service?

I get it, but for me, time is money. I'd rather pay $20 than waste half a day on hold.

Oof, I feel your pain. I've been dealing with these clowns for months now. It's like they actively try to make everything as difficult as possible 🤡

Maybe we should all show up at their office with clown noses. Give em a taste of their own medicine 🤣
