EDD form not mailed out as promised - what to do?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been waiting on a form for weeks now. Have you tried calling them to see what's up? Sometimes they 'forget' to send stuff out 🙄

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes important stuff ends up there for some reason.

This is why we need to digitize the whole system. It's 2023, and we're still relying on snail mail for important documents? Smh 🤦‍♀️

Ask if there's an option to have the form emailed or faxed to you instead. 4. If they say it's already been sent, request that they resend it and confirm when it's been mailed out. 5. Keep a record of who you spoke to and when, in case you need to follow up again. 6. If possible, see if your doctor's office can request the form directly.
