Payment delayed despite doctor's paperwork being returned - EDD advice needed

When you do get through, make sure to mention that your doctor's paperwork has already been returned. Sometimes they miss that and it can cause more delays. Also, ask for a specific timeframe for when you can expect the payment. Don't let them give you a vague answer!
