EDD keeps asking for same info, no payments after 2 months. What to do?

Bring all your documents and don't leave until you get answers. 5. Consider contacting your local state representative. Sometimes they can light a fire under EDD. 6. Keep a log of every interaction - dates, names, what was discussed. It's a frustrating process, but hang in there. You'll get through this!

have you tried faxing your docs? sometimes that works better than mail or email. also, check your spam folder just in case they sent something there

I found a method to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked your UI Online account? Sometimes they update info there before sending mail.

This happened to me too! Turns out they had my address wrong by one number, so all my mail was going to my neighbor 🤦‍♂️ Double check all your info is correct in their system
