Applied for SDI in January, no updates on claim. Anyone else experiencing long delays?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they update the status there without sending a notification. Also, make sure you didn't miss any requests for additional info in your mail or email.

The whole system is a joke. I've been waiting since November and still nothing. They're probably too busy buying new furniture for their offices while we're all struggling to pay rent 🤬

have u tried faxing them? I know it sounds old school but I got a response within a week after I faxed my docs

I'm in the same boat, applied in February. This waiting game is killing me. How are we supposed to survive without income for months on end? The system is broken 😞
