This is why I always record my calls with SDI (its legal in my state as long as one party consents). That way, if they try to pull any shenanigans, I have proof of what was actually said.
Anyone else notice that claims seem to be taking way longer since COVID? I swear it used to be faster before the pandemic hit.
Have you checked your spam folder? I found out they'd been trying to contact me for weeks but everything was going to spam 🤦♂️
Guys I finaly got through!!! After 5 weeks of pending, I called non-stop for 2 days and finaly spoke to someone. They fixed it on the spot. Don't give up!!! 🎉🎉🎉
