Ugh, the PFL system is so broken. I've been waiting 6 weeks for my claim to be processed. This country needs to get its act together when it comes to family leave!

Hey OP, just a heads up - sometimes they send the debit card automatically even if you requested direct deposit. It doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem with your claim. Might be worth calling to confirm your payment method tho.

guys. i literaly just got of the phone with SDI after 3 HOURS on hold. apparently theres a glitch in there system thats causing payment delays for a bunch of people. they said theyre working on it but no ETA for a fix. just FYI
