How to leave a job and get unemployment benefits through Washington ESD?
I'm in a really tough situation at my current job and thinking about quitting, but I need to know if I can still get unemployment benefits from Washington ESD. My supervisor has been creating a hostile work environment and I'm having panic attacks before work. Is there a way to quit and still qualify for UI? I've heard about 'good cause' but don't know what that means or how to prove it. Has anyone successfully gotten unemployment after quitting in Washington state?
