Can I apply for Washington ESD unemployment if I get fired from my job?
My supervisor has been giving me a really hard time lately and I'm worried they might fire me soon. If that happens, would I still be able to file for unemployment benefits through Washington ESD? I've heard conflicting things about whether you can get UI if you're terminated versus if you quit. I've been working at this company for almost 2 years and really need to know what my options would be if the worst happens.
