TWC 'Under Review' message disappeared - Does this mean approval or denial?

The system is SO broken and misleading! Just because the message disappears DOESN'T mean approval. They make you wait forever just to tell you NO. I had to file an appeal and THAT took another 5 weeks before I finally got approved. The whole system is designed to wear you down so you'll give up!!!

For everyone saying "just call TWC" - HAHAHAHA! Good luck with that! I tried for THREE WEEKS straight to get through. Would set my alarm for 7:58am just to start dialing right at 8:00 when they open and STILL couldn't get through. The whole system is BROKEN!!!
