PAUC 2FA codes not coming through - emails disappearing?
Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating issue with logging into my account. I can't seem to get the 2FA code to come through. I've tried both text and email, but nothing's showing up. The weird thing is, I did see two emails arrive in my inbox for a split second, but they disappeared before I could even click on them. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be going on or how to fix it?

Ugh, that sounds so annoying! Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes those 2FA emails get caught up in there. Also, maybe try adding the sender's email to your contacts list. That might help prevent them from disappearing or getting filtered out.

•Thanks for the suggestion! I did check my spam folder, but no luck there. I'll try adding the sender to my contacts and see if that helps. Fingers crossed 🤞

•This happened to me too! It turned out my email provider was automatically marking them as read and archiving them. Check your archived messages, they might be hiding there.

•Oh wow, I didn't even think of that! I'll definitely take a look in my archived messages. Thanks for the tip!

Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your cache? Sometimes that can help with weird login issues.

This is probably a long shot, but are you sure your phone number and email address are up to date in your account settings? If they're outdated, that could explain why you're not receiving the codes.

•That's a good point! I'm pretty sure they're up to date, but I'll double-check just to be safe. Thanks!

I had a similar issue last month. It turned out there was a glitch in their system. I ended up having to call customer service to get it sorted out. It was a pain, but they were able to fix it on their end.

•Ugh, I was hoping to avoid calling them, but it looks like that might be my only option at this point. How long did you have to wait on hold?

•Honestly, it took forever. I was on hold for like 2 hours. But I found a way to skip the wait! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it saved me so much time and frustration. Here's a video about how it works: https://youtu.be/CEPETxZdo9E

•Wait, seriously? That sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•I've used it before. It works pretty well, but yeah, the $20 fee is a bit steep. Still, better than wasting half your day on hold I guess 🤷♂️

•I get the skepticism, but it really did work for me. Saved me hours of frustration. Just sharing what helped me out!

Have you tried resetting your password? Sometimes that can trigger a new set of 2FA codes to be sent.

•I haven't tried that yet, but it's worth a shot. I'll give it a try and report back. Thanks for the suggestion!

This might sound crazy, but check your phone's blocked numbers list. I once accidentally blocked the number that was sending me 2FA codes and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting them for weeks! 🤦♂️

Okay, so I've dealt with this exact issue before, and here's what I found out: 1. Email filters: Some email providers have aggressive filters that can automatically move or delete certain types of messages. Check your email settings and look for any rules that might be affecting these messages. 2. Server issues: Sometimes the problem is on their end. The 2FA system might be having temporary issues. 3. Browser extensions: If you're using any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, they might be interfering with the 2FA process. 4. Time sync: Make sure your device's time is correctly synced. 2FA codes are time-sensitive, and if your device's clock is off, it can cause issues. 5. Alternative 2FA methods: If they offer alternative 2FA methods (like an authenticator app), try switching to that instead of email or SMS. 6. Clear browser data: As someone else mentioned, clearing your cache and cookies can sometimes resolve weird login issues. 7. Try a different device: If possible, try logging in from a completely different device to see if the problem persists. If none of these work, you'll probably need to contact their support team. Good luck!
