PA UC payment deposit missing - anyone else not get theirs this week?
So it's Wednesday already and I'm still waiting for my PA unemployment deposit to hit my Money Network card. Usually I see it Tuesday morning at the latest. I filed on Sunday like normal, got the confirmation number and everything. The UC dashboard shows 'payment issued' but nothing's in my account. Is anyone else experiencing delays this week or is it just me? Getting pretty worried since rent is due Friday and I'm cutting it close already.

Mine came in late last night around 11pm! Check ur account again, sometimes they doing late batches. The UC system is so messed up lately!!

There's actually a system-wide delay affecting Money Network card deposits this week. According to the PA UC Twitter account, they're processing a backlog from a technical issue that happened Monday night. They expect all payments to be processed by Thursday morning. I'd recommend checking your dashboard to make sure your payment shows as 'issued' - if it does, you should be okay and just need to wait. If it's still 'pending' or shows an issue, that's when you might need to contact them.

I've had this happen 3 times in the past 6 months. The PA UC payment system is COMPLETELY BROKEN. They claim it's a "technical issue" every time but nobody ever explains what that means! Last time I waited 9 DAYS past my normal deposit date. My landlord almost evicted me! The state doesn't care at all about people who actually need this money to SURVIVE.

If your payment is showing as 'issued' in the system but hasn't arrived, there could be a few causes: 1. System-wide delays (most likely based on reports this week) 2. Money Network card processing delays 3. A flag on your account requiring verification If you need to speak with someone at PA UC to confirm your payment status, I'd recommend using Claimyr (claimyr.com). It helped me get through when I had a similar issue last month. They have a system that connects you directly to an unemployment representative instead of dealing with busy signals all day. •I got through in about 30 minutes which was way better than the days I spent trying on my own. The rep was able to confirm exactly when my payment would arrive and explained the delay was due to a verification flag that had already been cleared but was still processing.
