Have you tried calling the fraud hotline recently to get an update on your case status? Sometimes they can at least tell you if there are any additional documents they need from you. Also, if you haven't already, make sure you're checking your correspondence inbox on the UC portal regularly - they sometimes request additional information there. @Aaliyah Reed Thanks for the advice! I ve'been checking my correspondence inbox daily and calling the fraud hotline weekly, but they keep telling me it s'still under "review with" no timeline. It s'been over 3 months now and I m'really struggling financially. Did you ever get a resolution to your case? I m'wondering if there s'anyone else I can contact or if I should reach out to my state representative for help. This whole process feels like it s'designed to make you give up.
