Contact your state assembly person ASAP! They can actually help push these claims through. Google your district rep and email their office. They usually respond within 24-48 hrs

Second, file a complaint with the DOL Inspector General online. Third, reach out to your state rep like others mentioned. Fourth, use claimyr.com to get through to an agent (yes it costs money but its worth it). Fifth, when you get someone on the phone, ask for a supervisor immediately - regular reps cant help with fraud cases. Keep pushing until someone helps. Don't take no for an answer.
