Does anyone use Capital One 360 checking account to receive benefits or know if they banned it? Mine isn’t working & I’ve tried 3 times but still getting paper checks.

Sometimes the system is picky about formatting - make sure there are no extra spaces or characters. Also, it can take a few business days for the direct deposit to actually kick in even after it's approved in the system. If you're still having trouble, you might want to call the UC service center to verify they have the right banking info on file.
