What time can I file unemployment on Sunday with NYS Department of Labor?
I'm trying to figure out the exact time I can submit my weekly claim on Sundays. I know the NYS Department of Labor system is available on weekends but I've heard different things about when it opens. Some people say midnight, others say 6 AM. I don't want to stay up all night if I don't have to, but I also want to file as early as possible. Does anyone know the specific time the my.ny.gov system lets you file your weekly certification on Sunday mornings?

The NYS Department of Labor weekly claim system opens at 6:00 AM on Sundays. I've been filing at that time for months now and never had an issue. The system is usually pretty responsive early in the morning too, before everyone else logs on.
