Quick question - is there a specific time I need to file my weekly unemployment claim? I've been filing mine on Sunday afternoons but my cousin said she files hers at midnight on Monday. Does it matter what time of day I submit it as long as it's within my filing window? I don't want to mess anything up with my NYS Department of Labor claim.
