New York Unemployment: What's the latest time to certify on Sunday for Tuesday payment?
I tried claiming my benefits today around 10PM on Sunday but nothing is showing up for my Tuesday payment. Usually it posts right away. Does anyone know what time we need to certify by on Sundays to get paid on Tuesday? Starting to worry since I need this money.

You gotta certify before 7pm on Sunday to get paid on Tuesday. After 7pm it counts for the next week 😫

The website has been glitchy af lately. Try logging out completely, clear your cache, and log back in. Sometimes that helps show pending payments

Just went through this same thing last month! The 7pm Sunday cutoff is real and it's brutal. What helped me was calling the automated line at 1-888-581-5812 the next day to double check my claim status. Sometimes the payment shows up late in the system even if you certified on time. Don't panic yet - give it until Wednesday before freaking out completely.
