I just went through this whole process in February. After completing the DocuSign, it took exactly 11 business days for my payment to arrive via direct deposit. The system doesn't send any updates between verification and payment, so it just shows up. If you're approaching the 2 week mark with nothing, you might want to call them. Just FYI - they don't count weekends in their processing time.
