DETR claim filed 2+ months ago, no response & can't certify. What to do?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's been almost 3 months for me and radio silence from DETR. This is ridiculous! How are we supposed to survive?

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things along with DETR. Worth a shot!

This is why we need a complete overhaul of the unemployment system. It's clearly not designed to handle high volume situations like this pandemic. We deserve better!
