EBT benefits not working - can't access funds or reach anyone. Help!

Have you checked your balance online? Sometimes the system glitches and shows zero even when there's money on the card. Happened to me last month and I freaked out for nothing 🤦‍♂️

Pro tip: call right when they open. I always have better luck getting through early in the morning. Also, try different days of the week. Mondays and Fridays tend to be the busiest.
