I accessed my account today at 9:13 and navigated to the account section where it displays "Installment agreement fees" and "Make a payment" options at the top. Below that is a section for "Frequently Asked Questions About Balances" and then the "Details By Year" breakdown that shows: Tax Year You Owe 2024 $0.00 2023 $0.00 2022 $0.00 2021 $0.00 The MIRS system (I'm assuming that's what "MIRS" at the bottom refers to) seems to be showing all zeros consistently now, but yesterday it was showing I owed $1,200 for 2023, and the day before it showed $750 for 2022.
