WMR status stuck after ID verify - new error code shows up?
After completing ID verification, my WMR is showing a new error code. Really frustrating since I thought verifying would fix everything. Anyone else dealing with this? Has anyone seen their WMR update after getting hit with another code post-verification?

Tax specialist here - this is actually pretty common. After ID verification, the IRS system often flags returns for additional review. The new code doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem - it's part of their processing procedure. Usually takes 2-9 weeks after verification for updates to show.
