Transcript showing 'No tax return filed' after accepted on 1/17 - What's going on?
I filed my taxes on January 15th and got acceptance confirmation on January 17th. Just checked my transcript today and it's showing 'No tax return filed' - I'm super confused because I definitely filed and got the acceptance message. Anyone know what this means or been through something similar?

This is actually pretty common early in the filing season. The IRS systems take time to sync up. Even though you got an acceptance message, it can take 2-3 weeks for your return to show up in the transcript system. As long as you have your acceptance confirmation, you should be good. Keep checking back weekly.

Just wait it out. The system is always wonky at the start of tax season. Mine took like 2 weeks to show up last year but I still got my refund on time.
