2023 Federal Return Accepted 2/5 but Transcript Shows Not Filed - Anyone Else?

This is actually pretty normal for this time of year. The IRS systems take about 7-10 business days to fully update after acceptance. Your return is probably still in the initial processing queue. As long as you got an acceptance confirmation, you're good - just keep checking WMR and transcripts every few days.
