Check studentaid.gov - they should show your full loan history. The credit report thing is weird but common rn with all the COVID stuff and SAVE plan changes

Your gonna need to get on a income driven repayment plan ASAP! I learned this the hard way last year. Once you get on a plan, you can request a refund of your offset after making 5 payments.
