PATH Act lifted 2/15 - Will cycle 05 filers see DDD tomorrow? (EIC/CTC)
I have EIC and CTC on my return and my transcripts just updated last week showing all credits except 846 code. Since PATH Act lift is Feb 15th, could I get my direct deposit date tomorrow? I'm cycle code 05 so updates should happen tonight.

Yes, cycle 05 filers typically see updates overnight between Wednesday and Thursday. Since PATH Act restriction is lifted today, there's a good chance you'll see your 846 code tomorrow morning if all your credits are already showing. Check your transcripts around 6am EST.

your probably good to go tbh, PATH is lifted and if your credits are showing its usually smooth sailing from here. just watch out for any 570/971 codes those can mess everything up
