PATH Act Hold: Updated transcript shows all codes except 846 - Are we done processing?
My transcript updated tonight and I see all the normal processing codes but no 846 deposit date. Since I'm claiming EITC I know about PATH but wondering if the IRS is done processing my return or if they could still add more codes later. Anyone else in the same situation?

Just because you have most codes doesn't mean processing is complete. The IRS can still add codes at any time. The 846 code (refund issued) won't show up until after the PATH Act lift date in mid-February. Even then, they might need to do additional verification. What codes do you currently see on your transcript?

Your not done until you see that beautiful 846 code trust me. Had all codes last year and still got delayed another month after PATH lifted smh

The IRS website says PATH lift is February 15th. But tbh they can still add more codes or review stuff after that date. Its not a garuantee just bc you have most codes now
