Overpayment waiver social security--help please
Filed the first day IRS opened in January.

Checked WMR and transcripts for 846 code that finally came March 20 for a deposit date of March 30 only only to receive a 898 code hours later.
Social security said we could fill out the waiver so we filed that March 20 just hours of finding out we wasn't getting our taxes.
Representative said it was approved April 23
May 11 she said the payment center got all the paperwork for direct deposit into the computer on April 28 and movement on May 7.. Said if we didn't receive our tax money back by the end of May to call back and she would get her supervisor to expedite it.
Representative won't answer her phone
