IRS sent identical 60-day review letters 6 weeks apart - Did my review period restart?
Just got my second identical review letter from the IRS. First one came December 28, second one February 5th. Only difference is the dates. Starting to feel like they're just resetting my 60-day review period over and over. This is the 6th time now. Anyone else dealing with this endless cycle?

This is unfortunately common with the IRS right now. They're required to notify you every time they need more time to review your case, even if nothing has changed. The new letter doesn't necessarily mean they're starting over - they're just covering their legal bases. Keep all your letters as documentation though!
