IRS Website Glitch: Account Shows "INFO" for 2024 but "No Information Available" When Clicked - Can't Access Any Year's Transcripts

Getting really frustrated with the IRS website right now. When I look at my account overview, I can see some info about my transcripts, but when I actually click to view them it says 'no information available at this time.' Been trying for days and keep getting the same thing. Here's what I'm seeing in my account overview: The numbers here may not reflect: Recently filed or processing returns Pending payments or adjustments Information on your business account Installment agreement fees Under "Details By Year" it shows: Tax Year You Owe + 2024 INFO 2023 $0.00 2022 $0.00 2021 $0.00 There's also a "Make a payment" button and "Frequently Asked Questions About Balances" link. But whenever I try to click on the 2024 INFO section or try to access my actual transcript details, it just gives me that "no information available" message. I've tried on different browsers, cleared my cache, everything. Is this happening because my 2024 return is still processing? But why would it prevent me from seeing previous years too? Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? It's making it impossible to check the status of my refund or verify what the IRS has on file for me.
