How long after IRS mails check will I actually get it? Anyone get theirs recently?
My refund finally got approved and WMR says they mailed my check on March 1st. Getting anxious because I really need this money. Anyone know how long USPS usually takes to deliver IRS checks? Im in California if that matters

Generally takes 5-7 business days for most people to get their check after the IRS mails it. Could be longer depending on your location and USPS delays. Make sure your address is correct on WMR.

Heads up - make sure to keep an eye out for a plain white envelope. Its not obviously from the IRS on the outside. I almost threw mine away thinking it was junk mail lol

I got mine about 6 business days after the mail date showed up on WMR. I'm also in CA (Bay Area). The wait is definitely nerve-wracking but it should show up soon! Just keep checking your mail daily like you're doing.
