IRS Return Stuck on 'Received' Status - Anyone Know Timeline to 'Approved'?
Been checking WMR daily and my return has been stuck on received for 2 weeks now. Starting to get anxious about when it will move to approved. Anyone else filed recently and know how long this typically takes?

Tax pro here. The timeline varies significantly based on several factors. Simple returns without credits typically move to approved within 21 days. However, if you claimed EITC, CTC, or other credits, it could take 6-8 weeks. Also depends if you filed electronically or by paper.

•In that case, you should see movement soon. Keep checking WMR every morning - it usually updates overnight.

Hey everyone! Instead of playing the guessing game, I've been using taxr.ai to track my refund. It analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly what's happening and when to expect your refund. Worth the $4.99 tbh https://taxr.ai

•Super accurate! It picked up a delay code I didn't even know about and predicted my DD date perfectly 💯
