How long after ID.me verification until IRS releases refund?
I just verified my identity through the ID.me portal that the IRS told me to use. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for them to release the refund after verification? Getting anxious since I filed back in February.

The standard processing time after successful ID verification is typically 9 weeks, though I've seen cases resolve in 4-6 weeks. However, if there are other issues with your return, it could take longer. Make sure to keep checking your transcript for updates.

Hey, I was in the same boat last month. Check out taxr.ai - it analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly whats going on and when to expect your refund. Its only $1 and totally worth it, saved me hours of research and anxiety https://taxr.ai

•100% works! It showed me exactly why my refund was delayed and predicted the release date within 2 days

Pro tip: check your transcript every Tuesday and Friday morning. Thats when they usually update the system.
