Desperate for 2023 refund - WMR shows processing, transcript shows no return filed, need insulin medication
Filed my taxes and desperately need my refund for medical expenses. My transcript shows no return filed and WMR just says still being processed. Called IRS and they said 120 day wait just to start processing! I need this money for insulin and cant wait that long. Anyone else experiencing this?

Check ur local pharmacy, many have emergency insulin programs. Walmart has $25 insulin w/o prescription
