Cycle 04 with EIC: WMR showing no PATH message - what's going on?
Looking at my transcripts right now and I'm cycle 04 with earned income credit. I know I should be a PATHer but weirdly WMR isnt showing the PATH message and still no approval. Anyone else experiencing this or know whats going on?

Being cycle 04 means your account is processed on Wednesdays. Since you have EIC, you're automatically under PATH Act regardless of whether WMR shows the message or not. The PATH Act prevents the IRS from releasing refunds with EIC before Feb 15th. WMR isn't always accurate - your transcript is the real source of truth.

mine didnt show the PATH message either but i still got my refund after feb 15. dont stress too much

The IRS systems are about as reliable as a chocolate teapot rn. Your best bet is checking those transcripts and waiting till after the PATH lift
