Jackson Hewitt Cycle 4 Path Act - Anyone receive DD yet?
Filed with Jackson Hewitt beginning of Jan and got accepted right away. Been checking WMR and transcripts daily but nothing yet. Shows PATH message still. Anyone else with cycle 4 see any movement? Starting to get worried since bills are piling up.

PATH Act restricts the IRS from issuing refunds involving EITC/ACTC before mid-February. The earliest you might see movement is around February 15th. Your cycle code indicates weekly updates, so keep checking your transcripts each Thursday/Friday.

•Shouldn't affect timing much. Maybe 1-2 days for the bank to process the fees and forward remaining funds.

Same here! Filed with JH early January, accepted immediately, but still stuck on PATH message. The waiting is brutal when you're counting on that refund. At least we know it's not just us - seems like all cycle 4 filers are in the same boat right now. Hang in there, hopefully we'll see some movement after the 15th! 🤞
