Jackson Hewitt Early EIC Filer (1/28) - No DDD or PATH Update - Anyone Else?
Filed through Jackson Hewitt on January 28th with EIC in Missouri. Only seeing PATH message update on WMR, no other movement on federal or state. Starting to get worried. Anyone else with JH seeing deposit dates yet?

Tax professional here. PATH Act holds are still in effect until Feb 15th for returns claiming EIC. Even after the lift, it typically takes 1-2 weeks for DDDs to start showing up. Your timeline is normal - most EIC filers won't see updates until late February.
